At Alcone Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that certain professional hygiene products are final sale.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping and handling fees.
